During trips to Jordan I've had the opportunity to visit the cities of Amman, Irbid, Al Karak, Aqabah, Jerash (not shown), and Madaba (not shown). These are wonderful cities with friendly people, rich histories, and deep culture. I've also overlooked the Golan Heights of Syria and traveled along the border of the West Bank to the southern end of the Dead Sea. On one other occasion I traveled into the eastern desert towards the Iraqi border. As you can see from the map, I've been able to view this scenic country from almost every angle yet there still is a lot to see and explore!
